I love Colorado and Colorado Real Estate! I was raised in Colorado all my life and have lived from Parker to Longmont and many places in between.
I work in almost all aspects of the real estate world including buy/sell transactions and residential property management, but my passion is in the property management of Homeowner and Condo Associations. Although I work with HOAs of all sizes, it's apparent to me that Associations under 50 units, and more specifically under 25 units, can be severely under-served by the larger management companies.
I utilize my expertise in insurance as an insurance agent for the past 13 years as well as my financial background with a degree from CU Boulder in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, and my Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College, to provide a level of knowledge and experience most property managers lack. From budgeting to detailed insurance planning, I make sure my Associations have proper systems in place to keep accounting accurate, costs in control, assets protected, and their communities in a safe and healthy position. I'm not just someone who can schedule contractors and collects dues, but a resource to help HOAs flourish through these difficult CO conditions.

After years of visiting the mountains as a kid, skiing with my grandfather and making unforgettable memories, I finally made Colorado home. When I'm not working, I'm a lifelong motorsports enthusiast who’s raced cars and karts, restores classic C-10 pickups, and spends freetime exploring Colorado’s backcountry in search of gold and historic artifacts.
